Ellen has consulted with top business leaders and the management of many multi-national companies in diverse industries from Aerospace to Industrial Waste to Power Generation for more than 20 years.
Prior to starting her own company, Ellen had an accomplished executive career with a number of World Class companies, with leadership roles in strategic executive coaching, restructuring and major organizational realignments for an Arizona-based organizational design firm; major change initiatives including the actualization of Total Quality, process reengineering, corporate restructuring, staffing, and organizational development for AlliedSignal Aerospace; and the Operations Analysis and Gaming Group including strategic war games / simulations, and program implementations for Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
Ellen also had a distinguished record of 14 years of increasing responsibility and service in the U.S. Navy ultimately selected for the rank of full Commander. Ellen was also selected as a White House Fellow, and was Executive Assistant to Jeane Kirkpatrick at the United Nations.
Ellen hold a B.S. in Physics from St. Marys College, University of Notre Dame and lives on a 300-acre horse ranch, with her business partner and husband Larry Colemire, in White Mountain Lake, Arizona.
